One window panel had a broken handle but they did send someone out to replace very promptly. I was told my neighbor would get a referral bonus and that never happened despite follow up. Several windows leaked water onto the window sill which I reported in October ‘21 and again in March ‘22. Both via email and verbal over the phone. They have no problem calling me back to try and sell me more services but nothing when it comes to correcting a warranty concern.
I called on a Wednesday to inquire about a warranty as the shower wasn't turning all the way on. They set up an appointment for that Friday morning. They called ahead, arrived on time, and we're very professional and courteous. They had the problem fixed in under 30 minutes, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything to me. Although there were numerous problems with the company , The installer who did the tub to shower conversion was excellent. Tyler was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

I got a call from their sales department a few weeks ago and I was told I would hear from someone in their customer service/claims department within 48 hours…still waiting. Hopefully this review gets some attention and a plan for corrective action from Newpro. Ken and Rafael voluntarily stayed late to finish the shower install as result of the delay in completing the plumbing changes required.
Ken and Rafael reviewed the completed job with my wife and I and gave us instructions and suggestions on the care of the shower glass, stone work, fixtures etc. Rarely have I felt this satisfied in a purchase of any kind and the final result. We hired NewPro to do an entire home vinyl siding installation & gutter replacement. The foreman, Dave, AND the crew were beyond excellent. Every day they were on our property, the workers were focused, extremely hard working, professional, organized and efficient. Despite the debris and materials, our property was meticulously cleaned at the end of every day.
